Delivery
Delivery is free in Blantyre, Lilongwe, Mzuzu and Zomba. The cities' outskirts (Lirangwe, Mdeka, Zalewa, Bvumbwe, Ekwendeni) go by courier or bus.
Usual times: Blantyre usually within 24 hours; Lilongwe usually within 24 hours; Mzuzu usually 1–3 days; Zomba usually 1–2 days.
Elsewhere in Malawi we send by the courier or bus you choose: you pay for the item first, and the courier charges its own fee.
Paying
Pay on delivery in Blantyre, Lilongwe, Mzuzu, Zomba.
Elsewhere in Malawi, you pay for the item first by mobile money (Airtel Money or TNM Mpamba).

Returns
14 days, for any reason.
The item must come back in its original state, with its packaging intact.
